Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Floyd from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
We also help Floyd homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Floyd crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
Architectural shingles, metal panels, and impact-rated options are all explained in plain terms.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Floyd homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
Crew leads arrive with the equipment needed for a full property assessment.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
